Should i get a baffled or non baffled voodoo for my engine?

A baffled voodoo is quieter than an unbaffled voodoo, and we also make more torque and horsepower with a baffle. Most people purchase a baffled voodoo. The baffle is also removable by removing two bolts on outlet and pulling the baffle out of the can.

Whats the difference between a horizontal and vertical voodoo?

Accepted Answer

The horizontal voodoos are for the horizontal crank shaft engines, found on Gator-Tails, Go Devils, Boss Drives, Muddbuddy sport and hdr, and all long tails.
 
The vertical voodoo is routed differently, so that it stays above the waterline on vertical crank shaft engines, such as the Pro Drive, and Mud Buddy sport v frames.

Will a voodoo from a 35 fit a 40hp engine?

Yes. The Briggs 25 big block, 35hp, 37hp, and 40hp are all the same block.
